We accept online transfer, e-wallet, QR and cash payments. You are politely requested to give at least 48 hours notice of any rearrangement or cancellation. Charges within 48 hour will incur a RM100 cancellation charge.
Board and Train dates are reserved by 50% of total training fee payment. We do not reserve the dates if the deposit payment is not made yet. The remaining 50% payment must be made during Home Consultation or Check-out.
In-House Training booking slots are reserved by full training fee payment. We allow flexible dates for the In-House Training sessions as long as it's within a 1-month-timeframe to suit owners' daily schedules, hence, the payment made must be in full when placing booking.
The one-off training date and time is reserved by full training fee payment.

1. Clients' Data: All clients' personal data (phone number, address, email etc.) are not shared to external party and only accessible to the trainers and our crew.
2. Photos and Videos posting: We do not post videos and photos of dog owners or owner's house in public unless we have permission from the owner. We respect your privacy and won't post your house videos or videos you sent to us of you with your dog without your permission. Photos of your dog may be used on our brochure or website or social media updates. Videos of your dog training at our centre or at public venues may be used on our website or social media updates. If we would like to publicly use photos or videos that include your face, we will ask for permission from you.
3. Video recording: We do have simple recordings of the meet-and-greet and/or training session, which are used for progress tracking. If we would like to use the recording snippets publicly, we will ask for your permission first before it is made public.
Terms and Conditions for Board and Training Program:
1. Progressive Updates: Photos and video updates during the Board and Training will be provided on a progressive basis. Training videos will be provided not on a daily basis but based on progress for analysis before release, along with comments (unless for aggression cases, there may not be video updates due to we don't have camera crew).
2. Accidents/Injuries: In the event of accidents or injuries, we will prioritize your dog's well-being. If the situation is life-threatening, we will immediately seek veterinary care and inform you. For non-life-threatening emergencies, we will consult you before proceeding to the vet. We maintain a first aid kit with essentials and can administer IV fluids in emergency situations like parvo and dehydration.
3. Precautions: We take all necessary precautions to prevent accidents or injuries. Toy breeds will not be left unsupervised with larger or medium breeds, unless their temperament has been thoroughly assessed. Our training methods do not involve relying on our own pet dogs; they are present solely for socialization purposes.
4. Health and Safety: We prioritize the health and safety of all dogs in our care. Dogs from different clients are not allowed to mix to mitigate the risk of disease transmission and accidents.
5. Vaccination Requirement: We require all dogs participating in our program to be up-to-date on vaccinations to minimize the risk of contagious diseases such as parvo.
6. Veterinary Care: Any expenses incurred for veterinary medical attention will be the responsibility of the client. We will inform you of any signs of health issues, such as diarrhea, and seek your consent for a vet visit if necessary. Please inform us of your own designated vet clinic for your dog if you are particular about it. Please take note that pet taxi surcharges is applied for vet visits.
7. Food: Must bring own food to avoid purging (diarrhea) as it may affect the training progress or may lead to confusing signs of diseases or health issues. Cooked food must be prepared to freeze-able portions of the whole stay duration.
8. Visits: Visits are not necessary during Board and Train duration and owners are not allowed to visit until the trainers' notifies you that your dog is ready for visit. Our purpose is to avoid revert cases in the dog enrolled and preventing hazard risks for the safety of all pets at our centre (dog fights, bites, injuries etc. when people coming in without knowing pack rules and boundaries yet). Any revert case occurring when client come before trainers' notification that may affect the desired outcome is not subject to complaints or refunds and the extension assurance is subject to being nulled on the trainers' accord. Any injuries to dog(s) or human(s) when client come before trainers' notification, the vetting costs for treatment will be borne by the client who offend this rule.
9. Home Consultation: Understand that home consultation is not compulsory but strongly recommended as it will further increase the chances of success of your dog's training. Owners who choose to opt out of the Home Consultation must be aware of the risks that the desired outcome may not be fully reached.
